Police Lieutenant Colonel Santi from Pattaya Police Station was called to the Daeng Apartment in Soi Roy Rang Village in Naklua in the early hours of Saturday Morning to deal with a Thai Man who had fallen from a Second Floor Balcony at the Apartment Block. Khun Tamanoon aged 25 who was wearing a Police Utility Belt and was clearly intoxicated, was sitting on the road in a dazed state. He had sustained a serious head wound during the fall which was attended to by rescue workers. He claimed that he had come to visit a friend known as Khun Yo who resides at Room number 203.

He did not answer the door, so he decided to climb up the front of the apartment block and lost his footing and fell to the ground. Police initially thought he was attempting to commit a robbery. However Police confirmed that the room owner is Khun Yo. Police are still waiting to speak with Khun Yo and Khun Tamanoon remains under arrest pending further enquiries.
