On Monday Afternoon at Pattaya City Hall, Khun Niran, the Mayor of Pattaya and Lieutenant General Graysiri, the Commander of the Technical Services Unit of the Royal Thai Army, attended this Memorandum of Understanding Contract Signing Ceremony which confirmed that the Army will be employed to construct further roads around Pattaya which will cost the tax payer 450 Million Baht. The money will be used to construct two new roads adjacent to the train track in the East of Pattaya, to review and reconstruct draining systems around Pattaya to avoid flash flooding and to construct three Level Crossing watch houses along the train track. The work is expected to begin shortly.
